I know man ladies likes to compare their numbers to others. Therefore, bringing me here to ask this question.

If you did a 3dt/5dt and someone was comparing their HCG numbers to yours, aint a beta level at 13dp3dt different from 13dp5dt? Wouldn't it be equivalent at 13dp3dt and 8dpt5dt? Or does it go by your days post transfer!!!

There is a very wide range of expected and normal hCG levels in early pregnancy.  A single value does not mean anything other than positive or negative.  Implantation will occurr at about the same time if you do a day 3 transfer or a day 5 transfer.  It is related to age of the embryo.
