Hello,

Me and my wife are hoping to begin the process of ICSI/IVF next year.  The fertility problem is with me and not her.  Our familes will be helping us with the cost as it is not something we are in a postion to afford on our own.  I am asking for some feedback regarding the price others have paid so I can discuss with my family before we proceed.  We are in Texas and will be doing it in the DFW area if that makes a difference.  Any feedback would be greatly appriciated!!

We are hopefull!

HI Sarc- I do not know exactly how much the IVF process costs since I have insurance coverage for it, but ICSI is not covered and we need it.  I can tell you that the cost of the ICSI at my clinic is quite expensive. It costs $2705 extra.  I have checked into other places and have seen it as cheap as $700, but I think the average price is somewhere between $1200 and $2000.  Good luck!

Hello... I just went through IVF/ICSI back in September here in Northern CA... the $$$ for my entire process (including meds) was $13,000... + I paid an additional $2000 for donor sperm and profile matching for my hubby with the sperm donor.

Its a heavy price tag... just make sure you ate 100% comfortable with the Dr. you chose...

Prices ARE different everywhere.

I do not have the web site anymore but will look for it, there is a site that you can see the stats on your Dr.  The Dr. we chose actually had very high success numbers reported.

My husband and I jsut had IVF with ICSI for a total of $10,655 at a top rated fertility clinic and lab in Dallas, TX. We also used IVP Care Pharmacy and they gave us some wonderful discounts for paying cash as did our doctor and lab.

For us, I had no fertility issues. We had to do IVF due to my husbands retrograde ejaculation.
