Pregnancy after ablation

I know all of the problems that can occur if you become pregnant after an ablation procedure...so lets not go there and move on to my question.
I had an ablation 2 years ago.  I have not had a period since.  I am going in for acupuncture to try to thicken my lining.  I have been taking baby aspirin and BCP to help promote the lining.  Would taking prometrium help with this also?  I am desperate and looking for anything to try.  If I can get my lining up my NEW husband and I are gong to go through IVF so that we can ensure that there is a viable spot on the uterus to place the embryo.
Any help will be much appreciated!

None of the things you are doing will provide any benefit at all to restore your uterine lining.  If the ablation was successful, and the fact you are not haveing periods implies it was, your uterine linig is gone.  You will neeed to use a gestational carrier.
Good luck.
