Well I finally got to find out what we were having   A beautiful baby boy   Patrick John was born January 5 at 10:28 am by c-section.  He weighed 6lbs. 12 oz and was 20 inches long.  He is such a little lovebug   I love having a baby again.

My husband stayed home last wk. and this week my in-laws and parents are helping out, so I have had a lot of time to bond with the baby since everyone else has been taking care of the twins, who stlll seem like babies themselves at times.  Life is very hectic as always and never a dull moment.  Last night our poor little Gavin fell and hit his eye on the coffee table and required a trip to the ER for stitches.  I of course did not react calmly.  I was afraid that he did damage to his eye but luckily all is well and he was a trooper.

I feel so very lucky and blessed to have our children and such a great husband   I am nervous about next week though being on my own and taking care of 2 year old twins and a newborn, who likes to eat for hours at a time.  I guess like everything else I will manage some way

Thank you all for your prayers and support.  It has meant a lot.  I will continue to keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers and hopefully continue to check in to see how everyone is doing

Take Care,

Meg

Meg,  How awesome!!!  I am just now getting to posts I haven't read since before my hospital admission.  I posted my baby news the other day and that was it.  I am SO happy for you!!!!  I sure hope your little Gavin is ok now. What a horrible scare!!!  You certainly will be busy but what a wonderful busy it will be!!  I wish you SO much happiness with your family and especially your new baby.  I'm sure you will do great on your own. You are clearly a wonderful woman and a fantastic mother and your children are blessed to have you in their lives.  Take care, enjoy those children and congratulations! Karen
