PCOS and low morphology

Dear Dr Smith,
I've been diagnosed with PCOS and have tried three cycles of Clomid at 50mg which did not result in ovulation. Tests show that my tubes are fine and I was planning to try 100mg for the next cycle but my husband recently had two semen analyses showing very low normal morphology -- 1 per cent. His count is high and motility is 53 per cent. Our doctor has advised us to try ICSI but given that we both have problems, what are our chances for success? And would there be any chance of conceiving naturally with me taking stronger drugs to induce ovulation? We're both 30 years old.
Many thanks,
Alison
