Hi EVERYONE!

I'm new to this site.  I've been watching everyone's thoughts and concerns for the past week.  I am on cd10 and started Ovulex on cd1. Some of the side effects that I have had are cramps, diarrhea and nausea.  Most of that has subsided. I still have a little nausea.... OH YEA!! I almost forgot about the lovely GAS! Not cool. But that is ok as long as this product works, I'll take it anyway I can get it.

My DH and I have been ttc for 3 years, with no success what so ever. I've had a lot of women problems though.  I've had 4 surgery's for endometriosis thinking that by staying on top of it, I wouldn't have a problem conceiving. I think I was a little wrong on that one...

I have also tried 1 IUI with no success. Not only was it a little expensive, but very emotional. They get you all hyped up that this is going to work, no problem.  Then you wait for that BFN and it kills you. Like someone riping your heart out.

My DH and I can't afford IVF so I think this is it for us. If this stuff doesn't work, well, I don't know what I'll do.... More than anything I want to have my OWN baby and feel it grow inside of me and have that great bond you get when looking into your baby's eyes while breastfeeding.

I do have a question for someone out there... Once you have O are you suppose to stop taking the Ovulex?? Or just continue to take it until you see BFP??

I pray everyday for God to give me a family. Sometimes I try and think of why he hasn't already. As If I did something wrong....

Anyways..... Here's look'n at a new year! I hope this is the year for all of us here. One thing I know for sure is that people like us, trying so hard to have baby's will make the best mothers!! When waiting for that treasure for sooooo long you will treat it like gold!

Baby dust to everyone!!!

Jade-I got a P opt around the 3 and I am now on day 20 of my cd. When do temps usually drop before your AF? My temps yesterday were 98.1 and today they are 97.1? Thats a big change.  But I should still be about another week or so from AF. Ugh I know what you mean about hating this waiting game.

Vidia~ I have heard of having an implantation dip. That could be what it is seeing as it is too early for AF. Or is could just be an off temp. Wait until tomorrow and see. If it is still low- you may be seeing AF soon. If it goes back up -you are still in the game.

Jess~ Hi and welcome. I tried Ovulex for a month. It caused abnormal bleeding (like 6 weeks worth) for me so I had to stop. I know some people have had really good luck with it. I hope it helps you.

Jade- I hope that is the case. I think I told everyone yesterday that I had some cramping. I wonder if that is also a sign of implantation. I am trying not to get my hopes up too much especially if my temps are still low tomorrow. I have a problem with that.. getting myself too hopeful and then not taking it very well when i get a bfn. How have things been going with you? Any change in temps?

jess- dont quit taking the ovulex. I have been taking ovulex for 1 month and half now. take it consistently everyday until you find out you are preg. I just had a huge dip in my bbt and hoping it is an implantation dip. Ovulex has been working wonderfully for me so far. Good luck

vidia-Thanks so much for that info. I hope the dip is because of implantation too. Good luck with that!

Hello Ladies,

WELCOME ALL NEWBIES!

I have pre -op tomorrow morning to remove the septum.  Yesterday I had alot of twinges in my uterus which lasted about 3 hours on and off.  Today I just feel a little sore in my stomach.  I was TNotTC this month but who knows I didn't OPK this cycle so I don't know what day I ovulated on.  I just hope I didn't set my self up for another chemical pregnancy.

Jade I am doing ok just in the waiting game.

Have a good day

Monkeygirl ~ Thanks for the information. I think I will start the ovulex close to af so that it will be fully in my system for next cycle (if a BFN....)

Ang ~ Thanks for the information about hypothyroidism. I am going to my OBGYN for my annual exam on Thursday and I will ask if he will order a thyroid panel.  I will most definitely ask for a full copy of my lab results. I am also going in February to my PCP to have an annual physical where I will get more blood work done. As soon as I know the results, I will let you know!

Renee ~ I hope to have my thyroid checked on Thursday.  I am on cd 19 and think that I o'd on cd 15. So, I am in the beginning stage of the 2ww.  The positive thing is that my temps have stayed up so far... this morning it was 97.8 (which is high for me I will let you know what my results show.  Thank you for your support! BTW ~ having a little bit more iron on board when you are ttc or prego is probably not a bad thing!

Jade ~ I am so happy to hear that your labs came back o.k.! That is awesome! Keep us posted! And thank you for your support

Lili ~ I am happy that you are getting closer to ttc. Have faith!!!

Vidia ~ I hope the drop was caused my implantation! let us know what your temp is today. Have faith!!!

Much love and babydust!

Cathryn, If I was you I would wait until af comes, just incase you are perg. How long is your lp? Maybe you should do a hpt. Good Luck.

Jade, When will you test again? Maybe you are preg! I really hope so. Keep me posted. I usual O around cd 16 or 17, but latly it has been later like 18 or 19? This month my temps after af seem alot more normal, the last few month temps are high after af like 97.9, 98.0, 97.9, 98.1. This month the seem more normal 97.9 the day of af, missed sat and sun, mon 97.6, today 97.3. I think my temps maybe more normal, because I have been trying to eat better, switch back to prenantal vitamin instead of reg vitamins, geritol, and I have been exersizing for a week now, getting my body in better health. I dont need to loss weight, just want to be healthy.

Lili, What was your temps today? Mine was 97.3. Lets do this together.

Jess, welcome to our group. I have been trying for 3 years also. I have a son who is going to be 5 this month. I also did a IUI without susess, and yes it hurts inside bad, didn't like my re, switched re and found the lady I have been praying to God for, she found retain plcenta in my uterus, I had a surgrey to remove it 3 months ago.
We are going to try on our own until may, then do a IUI again, and at least this time it could work since that plcenta is gone now. I will be praying for you, It's very stressful for me, but I have no idea what you are going though not having any child. I feel for you. Just trust in God with all your heart. God gave us a promise that we would be blessed until our quiver was full of children. Dont give up on His word. If you do statan will come in and steal that promise away. Also dont think you have done anything wrong, because you havn't. I used to think that too and thats also statan coming in and tring to steal our dreams. My cousin also had endo and she has been preg 5 time and ended up with 3 children. Every time her dh looks at her she preg. There is hope for you. Your on my prayer list.

Ange, I hope every thing goes well with your surgrey, will they do hpt before the surgrey? Good luck I'm praying for you .

Butterflywishes, hope you thryoid is normal, when I look a fertility friends.com charts, some womens temps are really low, well it dont hurt to have it tested. Hope that this is your month, keep me posted on your temps.

Snuggle, welcome to our group hope ovulex works for you. I was taking it then ran out, need to save money for vacation, so I'm taking prenantal vitaimins, geritol tonic, green tea, tring to eat better and exercizing. Good luck to you, Your in my prayers.

Renee

RNORST-Thanks for the prayers.... I'll be needing those. I checked my temp on sun and it was 98.0, then on mon it was 98.6, now today it was 99.6! I've never seen my temp that high while O. Should I be worried that something might be wrong?? Or should I say, stuck??!

Renee ~ thank you for introducing me to fertilityfriend.com; it was helpful to see other charts and know that I am not the only one with low temps. I also like the fact that some of the "pregnancy" charter had temps like mine
Thanks again and God bless!
