Hi everyone.

Renee~ I made dh take geritol. It lasted about 4 days. LOL. He thought it tasted sooooo bad. I have heard dh's can take it or not. So if you can get him to do it I would go for it. I took my prenatal vitamin as well. I was debating whether I should or not but I went for it. I guess you could just take a folic pill with it if you werent comfortable. I took it right before bed. Make sure you have a chaser. IT TASTES AWFUL!!!

Lili~ SO now you are in the 2ww as well. HAHA

Leslie~ I expect AF monday or sunday. I have cramping today so I know she will show her ugly face. GRRRRR

I am taking Fertility Blend for Women AND Ovulex.  No side effects.  I have been very regular.  Been doing this about 3 months.  I'll certainly let you know what happens.  My husband is taking the Fertility Blend for men for not quite 1 month.  I just order Amberoz for him as well.  Heard great things about all.  Sadly, I never remember to take the Ovulex at night though, gotta work on that!

Hello I am new at this board. I have been reading your past posts...found you through Google.

I have been taking Ovulex Since December 14,2006. I am seeing a lot of mixed emotions about the product. This weekend should be my O time so we will see in a few weeks if it worked within the first month. My DH and I have been trying for 5m now. We just got married Nov. 4, 2006. We were hoping to get some kind of something by now. I was on Depo for 5 yrs and was suddenly taken off it Oct of 2005 due to a DVT in the Rt leg. They said if you were on Depo it takes a year to get back on track. Well its been over a year now and nothing yet. But I am keeping positive. My periods were all over the place before BC, that was why I went on BC. Now I am hoping the past desitions do not hurt my chance in a family. I am 32 and my DH is 36 and we dont want to wait much longer.

Keep us in your prayers as I do you.....

well I took another ovulation test just to double check and it was completelty negative. So i must have o'd. I had a few cramps today, I started cramping really early last month too so who knows.  Im assuming i should be starting my period around 17- 20. most regualr period in awhile. Ovulex so far has proved to be working very well with me. Except for the cramping.

Well I am now waiting for the dreaded AF. I took a test today ( 14 dpo) and it was BFN. I know I was going to try to wait until 18 dpo but I just couldnt help it. My temps were way high 98.9 for the past few days and I thought I would go ahead and get it over with today. I have been having cramps for 3 days now. It really feels like she should have been here already. I am never crampy until the 1st day of AF. I think it may be the clomid. Doesnt it cause you LP to be longer?
Any news from anyone else?

Jade- I dont take clomid but i know that the ovulex made me cramp waayy earlier than normal. I usually dont start cramping until the night before, so i somewhat understand what you mean. It can be really confusing. I had some light cramps yesterday that i thought were kind of odd since I think I just o'd a couple days ago.  Im just waiting for the date of my period to get here. If you dont start af soon then the cramping might be because your prego! Well I hope everything goes well for you. Good Luck

Welcome Monkeygirl and Hildabean! I am going to start Ovulex next cycle if I don't get a BFP this cycle. What day in your cycle did you start Ovulex? I was wondering what cd I should start?

Well, if there is one thing that I learned from my first cycle of charting, it is that I have VERY low temps. My pre-ovulatory temps range between 96.4-97.0, making my "coverline" temp 97.1 .... So basically, anything above 97.1 is "high" for me.  Based on this info, I am going to have my thyroid checked b/c the book says low pre-ov temps can indicate hypothyroidism (which runs in my family....) I don't have any other symptoms of hypothryroidism, though ~ only low temps...

The good news is that I seemed to have o'd on Friday b/c my temps have been Thur 96.4, Fri 96.5, Sat 97.8, Sun 97.4. I just hope they stay up. We shall see!

Well I hope that everyone is having a great new year! Let 2007 be our year, girls!!!!!

Well, I did read all the instructions.  I do not recall anything about starting Ovulex on a particular day.  I just started taking it the day I got it

Welcome all newbies!

Butterfly~ I have hypothyroidism and my re told me to stop charting cause my temps are never stable they go high and low.  Some mornings I am burning up..... Remember when you have your blood test done the new levels are( .3 / 3.4) ideal to conceive is 2.  They used to be .5 / 5.0 that is not normal anymore so I would asked for my levels of tsh and not just an answer saying that they are normal.

Jade~ I am praying for you keep me posted!

Jade, Thank you for you help with the geritol. That stuff is bad it reminds me of prune juice. I made my dh try it and he said never again. I have been taking it since cd 1. Has af come yet? Sorry about the BFN, wait a few days and test again. I'm on cd 4, I have high hopes for this month. I'm also taking my prenantal vitamin. I called the drug store and they said the vitamin had 90 mg of iron and geritol has 18mg, so I hope Im not over doing it. The drug store said if you are ttc or are preg you need at least 90 mg of iron.

cathryn, moneygirl, and hildabean, welcome to our group, good luck.

Vidia, Hope this is your month.

Butterfly, have you had your thryoid checked yet? Thryoid problems can cause infertility. Good luck this month. When will you test?

Lili, What cd are you on? When do you expect af?

I'm praying for all you girls.

Hi everyone. Still no AF for me. I thought for sure today. My temps went down some today  but not below my coverline and still having some cramps. Every time I go to the bath room I swear I will see her. I just wish she would hurry up so I can get started with my next cycle. I did get my bloodwork back. Everything is normal-yaah! I did O- progesterone was at 32.5. I guess that is pretty high so that was good. So now I just have to wait.

Renee~ I know what you mean about the geritol. It is sooo nasty. I dont think that prenatal and geritol would be too much. If they said you need at least 90, right?
What day do you usually O?

Ange~ How have you been feeling? What is your next procedure?

Butterfly~ You should definitely get your thyroid checked- especially if it runs in the family.

Vidia~ I hate playing the waiting game. It sucks. What cd are you on?

I just know that god has something good reserve for me and I can't wait so I will try to be patient and wait for my last af to come and then start right away. I have so much faith that it will happen soon.

Love Lili
