I'm a healthy male, married 3 years, 27 years, Non smoker, do not drink.Wifw has been tested and found normal. My semen analysis as under
count 12 million/ ml
total motility 25 %
        active 15%
        sluggish 10 %
        dead  75 %
MORPHOLOGY  80 % normal, 20 % abnormal with tapering heads and double tails.
I've been diagnosed with Oligozoospermia and put on  course of 25 mg Clomifone 1 OD, 500 mg Carnitor 1 BD. Can you please tell me whether this is treatable ?
There has been no case of male infertility in my family, but could this be genetic in nature ? Is the treatment correct ?
