I am taking iron for anemia which has made me constipated. i do take fiber and colace to help the problem. I am wondering if a strained bowel movement could hurt an embryo trying to implant or anything.

No. Everybody gets a little constipated by the progesterone supplements. You can't force the embryos out by straining during a bowel movement.

P.S. Not an odd question. I've answered this one several times.
