HEy there yall.. I went to my RE appointment yesterday and he seems so awesome.. He wants to get all his own labs done and then he is going to put me on a treatment course..He seems very optimistic about me being able to have a baby..He went ahead and had me get a sonogram done to make sure that my uterus lining wasnt too thick because he said that can cause a bigger chance in cancer,which it wasnt, but my ovaries had a bunch of little cysts on them.. As soon as my labs are back in his office they are going to call me with another appointment... I cant wait. Im so excited.. I really think that I found a great doctor here.. Cross your fingers for me... Thank you..
Update:::: They called me and there is no sign of any kind of cancer but they will keep an eye on it and I have to increase my synthroid to 100 mcg a day instead of 75.. Then I have to go back in 4 to 6 weeks to repeat the tests.. That I can live with.....
Congrats on what seems a very good re appointment. The best thing that ever happened to me on the roller coaster of ttc was my re! The re himself is pretty stiff but he is very good at what he does and his nurses are the best!
I am happy you found someone who you are both comfortable and happy with.
