HI
Two month ago I did an IVF cycle stimulated with Gonal-F + Menopur 75U. It was a chemical pregnancy. This time I did a cycle with only 150U Menopur and I did not response well (just 2 follicles 20mm in one ovary). This 2 oocytes could not be aspirated and only they could retrieved one oocyte from a follicle size 12mm. Why I did not responded well to Menopur?
Kindly
Carolina

Message to Dr. Jane
Just wanted to add that in first IVF I was on Gonal F + Menopur from day 7 and It was a long lupron protocole. 12 eggs retrieved but poor fertilization rate, 6 fertiized but only 2 divided on day 2. In the second It was no lupron, just menopur. My Re wants to change to antagonist protocole with gonal-F + Menopur. I am not sure if I will produce better egg quality on that protocole. I think most of people preffer lupron.
Many thanks
