I have been on Lupron since my previous cycle day 21. I got my period on Tuesday, had my suppression check wednesday, e2 level was 23. I thought I would start stims right away but my RE is keeping me on the Lupron until Sunday, and then starting stims. He said he is doing this for scheduleing purposes. Is this a normal protocal? He is also putting me on a very low dose of Follistim 150. My last cycle I was on 400 to start with and my e2 level ended up over 4000. 150 seems very low!! Thanks for your 2 cents. D
Since every patient is different, I cannot second guess your RE. Typically, I start FSH after 7 days of Lupron, and and start at 150 units of FSH twice a day. Good luck.
