KSM and ICSI

Hi, My DH and I are trying to get pregnant for 4 years. Until now, we were told that we are unexplained. We had 4 IUI's and 1 pregnancy naturally but ended up m/c. Our RE suggested we moved to IVF. Two weeks ago my DH had KSM and this morning my nurse told that his levels are 5% so we probably have to go to ICSI. I'm just wondering that was the issue from the beginning. His numbers were great though.100.7 million with 73% motility. I'm upset that they just tell me this and if we had known, we would have gone for IVF before. Anyway I'm starting stims this week and wondering the sucess rates of ICSI

You can ask your doc's office for the success rates for ICSI for their practice.  They can vary from practice to practice.

Hi,
We had ICSI due to my dh sperm problem and got PG from 1st try.If you have any sperm issuies,ICSI is the way to go.They don't offer this part if your husbands sperm normal.
