Ange he wanted to perform Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy.

http://www.asrm.org/Patients/patientbooklets/laparoscopy.pdf

Laparoscopy can help physicians diagnose many gynecological problems including endometriosis, uterine fibroids and other structural abnormalities, ovarian cysts, adhesions (scar tissue), and ectopic pregnancy. If you have pain, history of past pelvic infection, or symptoms suggestive of pelvic disease, your physician may recommend this procedure as part of your evaluation. Laparoscopy is sometimes recommended after completing an initial infertility evaluation on both partners. It is usually performed soon after menstruation ends.

Hysteroscopy is a useful procedure to evaluate women with infertility, recurrent miscarriage, or abnormal uterine bleeding. Diagnostic hysteroscopy is used to examine the uterine cavity (Figure 3), and is helpful in diagnosing abnormal uterine conditions such as internal fibroids, scarring, polyps, and congenital malformations. A hysterosalpingogram (an x-ray of the uterus and fallopian tubes), sonohysterogram (ultrasound with introduction of saline into the uterine cavity), or an endometrial biopsy may be performed to evaluate the uterus prior to hysteroscopy.

Alright Ladies I'm praying for you all. Lets Conquer this Infertility.

Jade, Sometimes I have a dip in temps before O. I thought I O on cd 13, but then my last wetest cm day was on friday. The tcoyf book said you O on the last wetest day. This cycle was weriod, it was like I O on cd 13 and cd15?

Butterfly, yoga was great last night, I really enjoyed it. That would be awsome if we live close enough to do a yoga class together.

Mahogany Heart, Thank you so much for telling me your story. Is that the first month that you did all those things together? What is Prometrium? I had the hysteroscopy done to remove retain plcenta from my uterus. So this is the 3 month after my surgrey.

Ange, my temps were weriod, It was like I O on wed and on friday. I had very very watery cm on friday, and you are suppost to O on the last wetest day. If I O on wed I'm 6 dpo or friday I'm 4 dpo?? I think af should come on Feb 4th. I have 12 days until testing.
Let me know how your test come out.

Renee

Well Ladies~ I called the Re today bc I  still have not o'd. On the meds I took I should have bw 12-14. It is now 15 so I wanted to see what I should do. I dont want to keep wasting OPK . He called me in today for an ultrasound. I had a few follies but they were really tiny. Not ready to be released yet. SO..... he said start testing again friday. if i have not had LH surge but Monday they would give me a trigger shot to release the egg. If I do get the surge I have to call to get some testing done to see if I have a "hostile environment" and see if the swimmers are swimming. Doesnt sound like much fun. I think it may be called post cotial test or something like that.

Renee~ Yeah- I would go with 4dpo- if af comes sooner then you know you o'd earlier. It is tough sometimes not knowing.

Lili~ What cd are you on. I hope to O sometime next week.

Ange~ I know everything will turn out alright for you and you will be preggy soon.

Butterfly~ I love pilates. I need to go more. It is easier to go when you have a friend to go with.

MH~ Thanks for your info. It is good to know that your conquered your infertility after all these years. There is hope for us yet.

MH~ I had a laproscopy almost 8 years ago my doctor at the time tried to repair my left tube.  Exactly one year later and I mean to the day.  I was rushed in for emergency surgery to remove that same tube and my left ovary. We took a few years off from ttc and adopted my daughter who is my pride and joy.  I am going to have a hysteoscopy to remove my septum in about a month if my mri comes out good and I don't have a bicornate uterus. Thanks for coming here to give us all support.

Renee~ I am going to start temping again as soon as my tsh levels are normal.  I am praying for you bfp this month so did you enjoy yoga? My dh hubby still has to do more tests.  His last sperm count wasn't good but I think it was cause we took to long to get there from home and the doctor agrees his next test will be at the clinic oh poor dh.

Jade~ Your doctor sounds great I wish my doctor would be like that.  I think I have too many doctors right now cause I am in a fertility clinic all doctors have their specialty.  It gets kinda confusing but we are well taken care of too it is nice not to worry so much anymore they answer all my question before I even have them lol!

love to all!

Rnorst,

Prometrium Common Uses: This medicine is a female hormone used to protect the lining of the uterus in women on estrogen replacement therapy. Progesterone may lower the risk of estrogen-related cancer of the uterus. This medicine is also used to treat women who have had menstrual periods in the past but have stopped having them because of a lack of progesterone hormone. This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Jade,

I'm telling you if the Lord did it for me he can do it for anyone. You just have to keep the faith and trust him. When outside people tell you negative things you can not receive those things. You have to let them pass you by.

Ange,

Thanks for having me and welcoming me. You know I may be with child now but my struggle was just yesterday. I know how it feels to want to have a baby and can't seem a way to bring it to pass and eveything you do seems like it don't work. I have done a lot of studying and I'm here to help because I want us all to have a BFP. I know how hard it was for me but I kept the Faith and if you all would have me I will love to talk and inspire as long as I can. We are going to conquer this infertility.

Butterflywishes,

You are welcome.

Questions:

Is anyone drinking green tea?
Is anyone taking prenatal?
Any other fertility drugs?
Who has a Doctor's Appointment soon, if so talk to him/her about the Clomid, Ovidrel and Prometrium?

Supernatural Baby Dust.

Butterfly~ I won't get my results for a few days.  They will call me with the results. As per dh I think for sure it was timing and he was sweating like crazy cause he was nervous to be late and had it in his arm pit.  The doctor said he wants it by 30 min.  It takes us that long to get there on a good day but usual it takes 1 hour +. I think the waiting to O is cause after that what is done is done.

MH~ You are always welcome here we need all the support and help we can get.  I drink green tea, Take a prenatal vitamin +folic acid. Clomid and I are not friends it over stimulated my ovary to the point I had to have it removed.  My doctor now says he will put me on it when or if we do IVF but I must admit I am afraid.  But He said I will be monitored which I wasn't before with my old doctor.  What is Ovidrel?  I am going to order Preseed. My dh and I bd every second day all the time.  We have been doing that for years.  I don't think that it is too much.

Take care

My temps this morning was 98.5, hope it goes up above 98.6 and stays a while. Last month it was only 98.6 one day and then the rest 98.4, so I knew I was not preg last month. hope they go higher this month. I have faith!

Ange, When will you know your throid results? Yes, I really enjoyed yoga, its very relaxing. The 30th will be here soon. I'm praying that every thing comes out great.

Butterfly, I almost think it worst waiting for O. But the 2ww is worse the last week. I sent you a e-mail.

mahogany heart, thank you for the info. I found if I bd to much around O, I get sick of it when its time to really bd. We have not been bd as much and I think its helping. I'm taking pres. prenantals all the time, from af up to O drinking green tea and geritol tonic. I dont go back to my re until after we get back for vacation which will be in May, if I'm not preg by then they will do IUI with clomid, I hope it happens so I dont have to go though IUI again. I have faith in God, I will be holding another baby in His precious timing. Thank you for your support and may God bless you and your precious bundle.

Jade, any news on O? Im actual very relaxed this cycle, not stressing about it at all. 11 days until testing.

Love you girl and God bless you all with fertility.

Ange,

http://www.fertilitylifelines.com/serono/products/ovidrel/faqs.jsp

What is the Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe and what is it used for?

Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe is intended for use by women seeking pregnancy. After a thorough medical exam to determine your specific medical condition, your healthcare provider may prescribe Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe, as one of several drugs prescribed to you as part of your treatment program.

Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe contains recombinant human chorionic gonadotropin, an injectable hormone. This is the hormone that causes your eggs to finish maturing and be released. You have been given Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe to complete this final stage of your cycle.

The hormone in the Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe is manufactured to meet standards for quality and purity. It cannot be taken by mouth since the acids in your stomach would destroy the hormone before it was absorbed into the body.

Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe is provided in a pre–filled syringe and is ready to use. The syringe contains 250 mcg of the active ingredient (choriogonadotropin alfa) in 0.5 ml of liquid. It is intended for administration under the skin (subcutaneous). Instructions and illustrations on how to inject Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe. Each syringe contains the single dose needed.

Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe is available only with a prescription.

We were BDing every other day and nothing was happening for me. It was just by chance that he was out of town and when our every other day was falling we were only able to do it twice in our fertile window.

Jade,

Looking back in my books we would do it every other day from the time my cycle went off until the time I would come on again. Now the cycle before I got pregnant I was determine to do it a little more and we BD cd 10,11,13,14,15,16,17 and 22 nothing happened the that following month we only BD cd 12 and cd 14 and pop goes the BFP. When I lived in CA the Infertility Specialist told me to do it every other day and not every day. My DH didn't have a chance to get tested for a semen analysis we were already pregnant.

Rnorst,

Thank you and you are welcome. May is just around the corner which it may seem to be a long time. I remember when I made my appointment with Dr. Duffy and I ask them should I continue my meds that my OB gave me and the appointment lady said yes don't waste a cycle. So what I'm telling you from now to then use everything you have until then. Don't waste no cycle because any of those cycles until them may be the one.

You ladies are the best. Supernatural Baby Dust.
