i'm doing my second IVF now. i had a day 3 transfer and was wondering around when possible implantation would occur. also, does the fact that my lab does assisted hatching affect when implantation might occur?
Implantation occurs D5-D7 of embryo develoment (i.e. 2-4 days after a D3 transfer). In theory, assisted hatching would alow implantation to be inititated as soon as the embryo reaches the blastocyst stage (i.e. as early as D5 of development).
