Have you called Damer and Cartwright Pharmacy? I think the shot is 60.00 and they ship overnight. They are located in Chicago, IL. Their phone # is 800-793-2637. They will also check into insurance coverage for you, if you need that help. They are pretty reasonable when with all the meds! You can also check their website at www.rxdamer.com Good luck!!
