Here's my story:
me-38  dx pco taking Metformin 1xday  cycle every 30days on the dot.
dh-47  poor morphology and motility
no children
IVF/ICSI #1  BFN  16eggs/ 2 transferred  hyperstimulated! moderate
FET #1  clinical preg
IVF/ICSI #2  BFN  17 eggs/3 transferred
hypestimulated again mild
switched REs
new dr diagnosed me with pco. put me on Metformin
lost 10 lbs. (never overweight)
IVF/ICSi #3  going with Lupron protocol (always did antagon before).

What do you think of this?  Is Lupron a good choice of protocol? Do you think I wil hyperstimulate again?  I hate it!  I considered IVM but the success rate is so much lower.
Any advice?

Most of the data I have seen imply that there are better pregnancy rates with Lupron protocols than with Antagon protocols.
Good luck.
