Debbie- I am doing okay. This new clinic is driving me nuts. My old place was small and the office staff were great. I am dealing with the nurses at this new place and finding it difficult to get return phone calls from the nurse who is in charge of my FET. It is funny that everyone else returns my calls only to say I need to speak to my nurse and she doesn't call me back. It is a bit frustrating. She ordered dh to repeat bloodwork that he already had and we are paying out of pocket for his bloodwork and it is not cheap. One of his screenings for the ivf with my other doctor came up positive for hepatitis b (which indicates he had it at some point or was vaccinated for it). She said he needs to repeat it but then wrote the script for hep a hep b and hep c. He doesn't need them all redone the rest were all negative! And since he doesn't actively have hep b I really don't see the need to repeat that one either. They are really expensive tests and he is pissed that we already paid $1000 for all his bloodwork and doesn't want to pay again when he was told by my last RE that it is just an idicator he had it in the past. It will always be positive so why repeat it and pay to get the same result. This whole process is stressful enough I don't need more stress.

Lyly - That is the way I felt about my clinic. It was large and it took them a while to call me back. No one truly knew who I was - not even my doctor's - I feel like it is such an emotional process that it would have been nice for someone to make it a little more personal.

Hi girls. So many posts since I last checked. My MIL was in town for the weekend so not much time to go online.
Seems like everyone is doing well which is great.
Lyly - let me know if there's been any progress. I'm still waiting for AF so I can start the estrogen pills -- hopefully any day now, but it'll more likely be over the Mem Day weekend since this fertility stuff always seems to mess up my long weekends (I'm not kidding - I thinK I have been to the RE for every long weekend - Mem Day, Labor Day, Presidents Day -- it's like some sort of cruel joke). But, I know it'll all be worth it in the long run.
Nothing new to report - just wanted to say hi and let you all know I was thinking about you.
Beth

Lyly, hang in there. I remember getting so frustrated sometimes because I also had a large facility to deal with. I used to get so frustrated when they would wait until almost 5 every time they had to call me back with directions for my meds etc. I always worried someone was going to forget. Plus one of the nurses had a really heavy accent(not sure what kind) and I always had a hard time understanding her. This totally frustrated me as I didn’t want to get any information wrong. I know it is hard but try not to get too stressed and hang in there.
Beth~ thinkin’ of you too. Hang in there and I hope AF comes soon for you so you can get started.
Julie, I am totally into anything lemon these days. Lemonade, Lemon and Lime in my club soda which I love. lemon cake, lemon sorbet. I have a feeling it will continue through the summer. I just can’t believe I am not sick of the goldfish crackers yet.
Ronda, that stinks about the headaches. I have them here and there but I think it is more allergies from the pollen and the damn lilac bushes all around. I can’t wait to know if the flutters are really flutters/kicking or just gas or shifting around. My stomach is definitely growing.
Reshma, that is so cool that you got that device to hear the heartbeats. I am thinking about getting one too. I wonder though if it will be hard to tell if it is the babies or my heart beat as the OB did it last time and could only hear mine. Hence an unexpected ultrasound. I swear I felt some hiccuping inside of me late last week but again, I am not sure if it is just wishful thinking. How was your sundae???
Jen, The OB told me that it is hard to distinguish anything with the doppler if there are multiples. Did you plug in that calculator I sent you the link to? It is pretty cool.
Debbie, I wanna feel a few good kicks too. Soon hopefully.
I took tomorrow off as a personal day and seeing as though I did all the cleaning t his weekend...I can actually just relax and enjoy the day off. Lyly, 4 day week next week!!!
sweet dreams girls!
baby dust and good wishes to all of you...........

Well, I am thrilled to read about your flutters and kicks and rumbling inside!
I just have one question, can anyone tell me what it will feel like to have three kicking and rolling around and elbowing me? Will it feel like I am getting beat up? LOL
Yikes!

Lisa - You are too funny with your goldfish crackers. i understand the lemon craving. I am obsessed with apple pies - especially the small warm ones from McDonalds. I normally hate apple pie filling but lately I can't get enough of it.
Jen - No idea on how it would feel to have 3 babies in me... Sorry

Jen, this is the link and you plug in your retrieval date. http://www.ivf.ca/calcu.htm I hope you can get to it. I will let you know what it is like for two to be kicking me inside as soon as I feel it.
Julie, as I type this, I have those damn goldfish sitting right next to me. I am so bad about chicken sandwiches from BK. I have one a week. Sometimes two.

Julie~ I am such a loser. lol, I go through the drive thru with the exact change for one of those Chix sandwiches with cheese. no fries or anything, just the sandwich. They probably know it's me, every time I order it as I ask them to cut it in half lol.

Lisa - I love you! You are a trip! Dont feel guilty about your cravings I think that is the body saying you need something!
Thank you for the calculator. I did remember you sending that. That is how I figured out for my ticker. Looks like that needs to be adjusted tho! They are saying my due date is really november 13th! For triplets!
Do I leave the ticker or change it to Nov 13th? LOL!

Jules -
I was told at the doctors office that January 1 was the due date on paper, but triplets run out of space really quickly and to expect to have them by thanksgiving.
Then I went to the gestational calculator and they estimate the due date to be November 13.
I was told everything happens three times as fast and you grow three times as big LOL.
I already look 5-6 months along. Have quite a little baby bump and I really have no belly fat to begin with. So I vouch for that. My uterus was huge on the ultrasound.
