Hi everyone! Not much going on here lately. We don't have to post everyday about our follicles, stims, retreivals, ect. It's kind of weird. Now we just wait. I suppose an uneventful board means everything is going O.K. for us which is great. I have noticed upstairs there have been a couple more positives which is good. I wish this year everyone could join us here. I had a good weekend starting with saturday off. We had a party here to celebrate "Charter Day" a carnival at the park down the street. I had some friends over with children and bam before you know it there were 10 kids aged 6 months to 11 yrs. It was a bit overwhelming. After a cookout we headed to the park for fireworks, rides, junkfood. Everyone had a great time. I had my sisters' kids overnight and they were angels. By the time their dad picked them up yesterday I was exausted! I took a 4 hour nap! One of my girlfriends brought over a bassinette , swing, bouncer, carrier and bibs. This stuff takes up a lot of room! Where I'm going to put 2 of each I have no idea. I have today off also so I'm going to clean the house and maybe a closet or 2. My next OB appt. is July 5 so I'm just killing time. Take care everyone...cassandra

Hey Cassandra! It's nice to hear you're feeling good these days. I also had my sister's child for the weekend. Oh my! She is 15 months old and she is NON STOP activity. I didn't think I was going to make it.
I am feeling great too! I have a level II ultrasound tomorrow and of course I'm exctied about seeing the babies again.
I was going to ask you a question since you are just about 4 weeks behind me. Are you feeling your twins move yet? I thought I had been for a while now, but I think I may have been having some Braxton Hicks contractions. People said you are supposed to feel movement sooner with twins and I was just wondering if you had felt anything yet?
Hope everyone else is doing well! What happened to Daisy? She shared the news of her twins and then we haven't heard from her in a while? I know how hectic things can get. I have a good feeling about this year. I think that more of our friends from upstairs will continue to join us down here! It is a prosperous year on the baby front!!!!
I am 11 weeks today and am finally starting to feel a little better. Im not as hungary or as sick if I dont eat. I'm also sleeping alot better. Still getting up to go to the toilet heaps but am able to get back to sleep. I am still waking at about 6am though. I am very emotional atm though. Anyone else? and very grumpy too.... My 5 yo daughter and I have been discussing names for the baby. She is so funny, coming up with all of these ridiculous names. Have you girls thought of any names yet?

Hey gang - I am happy to join your group - BFP"S!!!! I am almost afraid of posting - you know the whole jinxing it thing. I just got my BFP on Thursday...so am still a little skittish. I won't buy anything maternity or baby related until i get that ultrasound...although I did buy the "Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy" book. Lot's of twins here....I wonder if I have two....My 1st beta was 125, 48 hours later 366...any twins with those numbers? probably too early to tell. I do feel different and suprisingly have LESS of an appetite. Have been having menstrual like feelings too. I am happy happy!!! Sounds like you ladies are well on your way and I look forward to sharing all the scoop!!!
I am 32 yrs old, DH is 40, married almost two years, DH had a vasectomy reversal (has 2 kids ages 10 & 17 from previous marriage, not living with us). TTC 1 year. 2 failed IUI's, DH sperm issues....IVF w/ICSI -May in Seattle (not avail in my state - Alaska) - BFP due 2/16/06!!!
Hi Lisa, I love the girlfriends guide! Especially the parts to show your husband! My first beta was 330 then my second was 1,000something. It is still a little unreal, except for my belly! So glad to have you join us down here Lisa. I think because we all have infertility we were all nervous about posting and jinxing ourselves. But like 44 says to enjoy it while you have it. I hope your spotting eases up soon. Shaz had it also. As long as you don't have heavy bleeding and cramps. Try to stay off your feet and take care....cassandra

I have been so busy with work and baby stuff. I feel like my window of "activity" is quickly closing. I will be off work and on "house arrest" in about 8 weeks. So we have been busy on the weekends, registering (3 of everything) Picking out nursery paint/fabric, cleaning out storage and hitting garage sales.
I have been feeling very good despite the tiredness...which I'm either getting used to, or is going away. I have my first perinatologist appt and u/s on the 16th. I am so excited to see my little babies.
I wanted to send a special congrats to LisainAK!!! I knew this round would work for you. Keep us posted on all of your symptoms.
Cassandra - are you showing yet? I can only wear maternity clothes now. It is embarassing to tell people I am still in my first trimester, and this huge! I love it. I finally have my pregnant belly I have been waiting for.
Shaz, what baby names has Billie come up with? I am having such a difficult time with names. Maybe Billie can inspire me.
Lisain - I did have spotting early on, I think it was about week 5. It wasnt much but was enough to scare me. I also had it when I was pregnant with my daughter.. Im sure you are going to be fine.
Elizabeth - I love the name 'Ned' for a boy. I used to love the show 'Ned and Stacey', and I think the name could be very cute. I like Mackenzie for a girl, but Billie thinks we are having 2 girls and 2 boys and she wants to call them all girls names. She keeps coming up with things like, Barbie, Cinderella etc etc.....I dont think that they would suit!!!!!! Im glad everyone seems to be feeling a little better. I know I am. I am sleeping a little better and dont feel as exhausted during the day. I still fall asleep about 8.30 though....

Lisa - CONGRATS and WELCOME!! We're glad you're here!! Now, let's pray we get more joining us down here!!
I'm so thrilled you girls are all feeling well and doing well!! Especially you Hot Mammas carrying multiples! That is quite a job and I'm glad to hear each of you is well!!
It's funny to me to hear stories from all over the globe and realize that we are all so very similar, even if we are so different...I'm so glad to have this group!!
I'm doing well, too, and very grateful to be doing so well. I'm 18 weeks Thursday...I honestly can't even believe that. We got to hear the heartbeat for the first time yesterday - 156bpm. So fast!! I'm always so surprised at the quickness of the fetal heartbeat. Anyway, OB says things are great and scheduled my u/s for a month from yesterday. I'll be nearly 22 weeks and I can't wait!!
We didn't do the blood test or the amnio becaue of all the false positives, and with all we've got going on, we decided we didn't need the stress. We're just so grateful to be here and trust this baby to God every day.
Well, I won't ramble on...just wanted to check in. All's well. Glad to hear everyone else is well, too!!
Hi Ladies, I'm glad to hear everyone is progressing along very well.
Lisa, welcome and congrats. I'm still in disbelief about my pregnancy. We've all have come a long way and I wish you the best nine months ever.
As for me, I can finally eat again and my waist line is gives proof to that. The heartburn is manageable with the medication. I know my tummy has grown over the weekend, because shorts I could fit a week ago, I can not button up. My abs feel like I've been doing situps. Other than that, I've gotten some of my energy back. I cleaned my closet this weekend. DH and I are trying to organized our bedroom since we will have to share it with the baby. It was not feasible to put him/her in the same room with my DSS. He's 12 1/2 (I have to make sure I put that half in there). It would be tight, but cute. Well, I've rambled on long enough...sleep is calling my name.
Me and DH are 35...married 2 yrs...TTC for 2 yrs...m/c in Dec 2003...DH has mild sperm factor...started clomid 100mg for 1st IUI...BFP 4/27/05...Taylor Denise was born 12/30/05
Just a hello to all of you carrying precious babies. I just read this post from the top down and I'm sitting here at work with tears streaming down my face. I am SO VERY thrilled for all of you!! I can just picture your bellies bulging, your emptied closets all over the floor preparing, talking about baby names....its so wonderful. You give me and I'm sure many others so much hope. I know I shouldn't have but I already chose some names. I can't help it. I'm just feeling optimistic about my IVF and truly think I will have a baby of my own next year. I've chosen Jayden and Hailey. To be honest, I first chose Jenna until I heard that's a porn star's name! > Well, again, ALL the best to every single one of you. I truly enjoy reading your posts. Although tears are streaming, they are very happy tears. Thank you again for giving me hope. Karen

I love the names Jenna, Jayden and Hailey. They are all beautiful! I think you have every reason to be optimistic! I will certainly be praying for you to have at least one baby of your own to smooch next year!
Hey everyone I'm glad to hear everyone is doing well. It's so hard to post when everyone is so tired. I am slowly starting to get energy back. I have already had three u/s's and am only 10 weeks. I think that is a good amount. I get two more next month. It is so neat to see the baby move around even though it is so tiny
I'm 31 and have gone through 2 cycles and now my third cycle which is a frozen one. I have pcos a plugged tube and possible endometrosis. I have been married five years and trying for the third time and last and now going through ivf agian!
