Hi to Everyone I am glad that everyone seems to be doing fine w/ their p/g. I am now 4 months I am so happy to past the first 3 months, but I am still a little nervous. I can't wait to have the 20 wk. u/s scheduled Aug. 23. I think after that I will feel more at ease.
Fortyfour,
CONGRATULATIONS on your p/g !!!! I am so very, very happy for you. I have been keeping you in my thoughts and prayers all of the time and will continue to do so. Please take care and again I am so very happy for you
Oh, I forgot to ask if anyone was having trouble logging on and posting. I had to use my full name, but go on as a guest not a user. Any suggestions on how I can fix this would be appreciated. I e-mailed Nancy to see if she could help. They think they "fix" the site, but still seems broke.
Hi meg! I also am having trouble posting. I am just soo glad this site is back up! I missed you guys SOO much! It was so frustrating! I never realized how much I depended on it until Wham!!! I was so sad! Yay it's back! I hope it stays on for a while!!! cassandra
Meg!!! I have been wondering about you for so long. I was hoping they'd get the board up and running again!! I am 30 weeks now. my c-section is scheduled for Oct. 3. I am near the end. I am so happy to hear you are doing well!! I can't wait to hear more about your progress. Much love Jen
Hi how are you ? It was great to hear from you and know that you are doing well. I can't believe that in 2 more months you will have another bundle of joy to take care of. My goal is to go to as close to 40 wks. as possible, not that I think that I will go early since I am only p/g w/ one, but I don't take anything for granted. I am pretty happy w/ my Dr. so far. I have only seen the one person in the practice. I guess I will have to see the others, but since I too am having a c-section, I figured I could schedule it w/ the Dr. that I like. It all seems so far away to planning that kind of stuff though. I am still taking it one day at a time.
At any rate I am happy that you are doing well. I hope you are staying cool in the hot Florida weather. It has been very hot here in the Northeast, but thankfully we have a/c Take Care and keep in touch

Hey Meg! I am feeling really well. He is kicking a lot! And yes it is ridiculously hot in Florida, it makes it worse that it's really muggy too. I just hope the hurricane season goes by without too much craziness. last year we were affected by 3 of the 4. Mostly just rain, wind, and power outages. We lost part of the fence and some pine trees in the back. But thank the Lord nothing happened to our house. I have named this baby Cason Luke. ( both are family names I liked). A little different but not too weird I think. When are you due again? I am sooooo glad you got pregnant the au natureal way. It's still so surreal for me I'm sure you're in awe also. I continue to keep you in my prayers. I know it's harder this pregnancy for me trying to keep up with Mitch and running around after him. He's soooo busy, I can't imagine what its' like running after two!! The good thing is that you don't know any different and am sure you can't imagine what it's like with one!! Funny how God blesses you with that. I hope to hear from you soon!! much love Jen
Could I possibly have your email address? I would love to see pictures of Mitch and of course when Cason arrives him too We have not even begun to think of baby names. I have know idea where the name books I bought are. We are not going to find out the sex of the baby at the u/s. Part of me wants to, but part of me wants the surprise. Mike wants to find out, but I said no lets just wait. It will be hard the day of the u/s to not want to find out, but I will have to use self-control!!! I am feeling pretty good, just tired which I think is from having to chase the kids around constantly!! They keep me very busy I am anxious to begin to look more p/g. I am hardly showing at all. Perhaps I will look like I am p/g by 20 wks.
I hope that you don't get hit w/ anymore hurricanes. Although they said it is supposed to be a very active season.
I am due officially Jan. 12. I am praying that I don't have the baby on Christmas or right before either. I also hope that we don't have snowstorm, considering the hospital is a good 45 minute drive from our house!!! As always it is God's hands....
Take Care and I am thinking and praying you
Meg
P.S. How is your friend doing who was p/g finally, after so much heartache? I can't remember her name. I hope that she and her baby are doing well.
Hey there Meg. My friend who I'm pretty sure you're talking about is Marla. She is doing very well. She is delivering on Aug. 11, so in just a week or so. She is thrilled. She is off her Lovenex shots and is mentally ready to have this baby after soo much heartache. Keep her in your prayers. I'll e-mail you a note to home from the board so you'll have my address. I meant to do that before the boards went down. I am on the other end of showing/wt gain. I did really well first 12 or so weeks, now it's down hill. I am sort of sad about it b/c I worked hard to get the weight off the first time, I guess I'll just have to do it again. MY midwife said some just gain more no matter what they do. I wish I had the patience to wait and see. DH wanted to wait but I had to find out, and yes, it was the day of the u/s. Good luck to you with that:) We are both off this week working on Cason's room and finsihing up big chores around the house. We're having fun too. Yesterday we went to a little waterpark with Mitch. It's on a freshwater spring so the water is Cold but refreshing. They have a great little play area for little ones too. We've also done the aquarium and play in our little pool in the back yard. I think next year we'll have to install a pool. Mitch is like a fish. We took swim lessons, he did really well! He can actually swim from me to the wall or from me to daddy. Kids are so amazing! I can't wait to see pix of you'rs as well. Oh, and ps, Mitch's bday is 1/7 so maybe you'll make it to that. Although, if you get the baby in before the end of the year - nice tax break. We tried so hardl, but he liked it in there:)) Jen much love Jen
I am keeping Marla in my prayers. I hope her delivery goes well and she will be holding her little one and showering him w/ lots of hugs and kisses:) My u/s is in 2 wks. I can't wait... When did you begin to feel the baby move? I am anxious to feel movement; I think it will reassure me that everything is progressing as expected. I hope that all is going well w/ you. Take Care and as always keeping you in my thoughts and prayers
Hey there Meg. Marla's delivery went well and she has a healthy baby boy named Cole. He was 7lbs and both mom and baby are doing very well. I have been working so much recently that I haven't gotten a chance to check the boards. You know what was really weird, I started feeling something around 14 weeks with this one. People said I was crazy and it was gas, but it was very distinct. Of course that was only every few days, constant movement was more noticable in the early to mid 20 week range. I have been a little more cautious with this baby too for some reason. I even asked my husband if he could bring a doppler home from the office. (he works in internal med). He looked at me like I had five heads:) We're all so neurotic huh??? ha ha! Anyway, thanks always for you prayers, it's not over until they're in your arms and then it just begins!!! There will always be something to worry about. Are you showing yet? How are the twins. As soon as I download some recent photos of Mitch and I, I'll send them to your home address. We've been crazy here recently and now my 16 yo niece is staying with us, she lives in Germany. Much love to you and your family. many prayers!! Jen
