I can't get into my account to change it or use it though. When I login, it pops up with a message saying "welcome silli_kitti, you have 0 messages."
However, when I try to change my profile or use my id to post, it says "you cannot change this user's profile" and "only registered members can post messages."
The same thing happens to me. I can login, then when I click on a post or try to reply, it shows me as a guest. One time when I came into the site, it apparently recognized me and I was logged in and able to post, but that has only happened once since the site came back up.
I am not sure who to contact. It may be how they updated the security, not really sure. It's annoying and I am not sure why it only happens to certain ids.
This keeps happening to me also but I'm able to post under my name if I log out completely and go back in. If I try to post to anything I received through email, no luck. Karen

I just typed in my username and password again....but at first I was under another screename. I had to go back to my original aol screename and then log in with my username and put in my password again. I checked "always stay logged in" and I haven't had any problems. Hope this helps. Sorry I can't be of more help. At first I couldn't remember my password.......but I figured it out.

I too am having the same kind of difficulties. It is very frustrating. I am no computer whiz, so I may have to continually be a guest to reply. I try everyday to login like I used to and get the same messages as silly_kitti.

Ladies, today is the first day since the site came back on that I could log on, check messages and post without being thrown off. I also checked the box that says always stay logged on.Yipee! cassandra

I wonder what happened with the website.... Do you know how freaked out I was that I couldn't get in. I thought for sure I lost my support group, I told my husband that this site is the only thing that is keeping me thinking positive!
I'm happy that it is up and running and glad your all still here!
