I am currently undergoing fertility treatments at a centre in Toronto Canada called TCART. They say that they are an internationally recongnized clinic and that the founder is a well established DR who is well known in the field of fertility. Because I am new to all of this and I havent heard of anyone who knows him I am wondering if you have? His name is Dr. Robert Casper. I have had 4 failed cycles there and am now wondering if they really are internationally recognized or not.
Maria, so sorry to hear about your failures. I've had 3 myself, I know exactly what you're feeling.
I'm not the Dr. (obviously) but I thought I'd barge in with a reference I got from my family doc to a clinic in Toronto that used to be called START, but the docs have split up and two of them have started up the Life Quest Centre for Reproductive Medicine. I googled them and they were easy to find. She went there for both her kids, she had them at 38 and 40 I think. She says they are wonderful, so you might want to check them out for a second opinion. All the fame in the world doesn't mean a clinic is good or successful; personal recommendations are far more trustworthy and they are too few and far between for those of us seeking fertility clinics!
Unfortunately, they're too far away for me :'(
Good luck and visit here often, the Drs. are very informative and the ladies are wonderfully supportive and you'll never feel alone!
