Had my 2W test today and it was positive, 540! I can hardly believe it. Daisy

I was wondering if they care if they dont look like each other though. Anyone with mixed families have any info for me on my new dilemna?

Forty Four years old, hubby is 52 married 4 years, TTC 4 years with this hubby, 14 years with first hubby, One adopted daughter, 2nd ivf done, 1st one pg with m/c, second no pg. Uses egg Donor. PG with twins on 3rd IVF mc twins on 8/25/05

Oh Daisy that is wonderful, 
I hope it is catching... I get to rape the old man for a week straight... on Doctor's orders !! Should be exciting...and then the dreaded 2ww I hope my luck is as good as yours..

44... i'm not sure, but since my DH is black and i am blonde, our kids will have more of his traits than mine.... I think as long as they are loved, they won't care who they look like. :-)

Congratulations, Daisy! I have to ask...how many embryos were transfered? 540 sounds like a really strong number! That's so great. Did they say anything about the number? It sounds like your baby might have a womb-mate.

I am 38; DH is 37. No children; PCO; 1 partially blocked tube; 2 failed IUI's; 3rd IUI cancelled; 1st IVF in May resulted in m/c; 2nd IVF in August, BFP on 9/6/05.

DH and I are 36. Married 9 yrs. p/g 4/01 m/c @ 9 wks. DH dx w/ severe mf - told best chance of conception was IVF. 1st IVF 5/02, m/c @ 7 wks. FET 5/03 conceived triplets and lost triplet at 11 wks. gestation. Had B/G twins @ 32wks. ++ p/g 5/5/05 conceived nat. much to our surprise

Has anyone heard from Daisy? I am so curious to know how many embryos she had transfered. She had such a high hcg number! If you see this Daisy...hope you are doing well!

44 - I just read about your news. I am so sorry that it did not work out for you this month. I know that God must have something REALLY special in store for you. Good luck with your new donor! We are all praying for you!
Daisy - Congratulations! That is wonderful news. That is a very high HcG#. Be sure to let us know how things are going!

Hello Ladies, It's been a while but we were on vacation. I have had two more beta tests (three altogether) and my numbers keep climbing: 2010, 7023. I have my first sono this Friday and we get to hear the heartbeat and find out how many out of the 3 embryos we transferred made it this far. Very exciting! Daisy
