Hi everyone

I may be wrong but I thought 44 and maybe Daisy were due for pg blood tests today? Just wondering how they went if I have the days right. *Fingers crossed!*

I put a question out to the doctor to make sure it was safe for her since she is a teenager.    We will look into agencies and such for a few weeks before we decide.  Thanks for you thoughts and well wishes.

Oh 44 I was so hoping that one of us would get a good result. I just took my clomid for the day... I figure 5 pills.... 5 kids..( my old man would have a fit). Our drug costs must be way diff from yours, it cost me under 32$ canadian for the 5 pills and I've got a drug plan that will reemburse me 80 % . From what I had read here I was expecting 50-100$ . Must be the "cheap drugs up here in the Great White North".  Well on to the next cycle... baby wishes to all

Lynne,  oh you funny girl.  I was looking up on the internet and saw some pharmacies in Cananda.  If I go private donor again i can use my own meds but with an agency they do it all.  Good luck and no,  5 is too many for the tummy and then after they are born  too much for the mind.  You silly girl.    Baby dust to you .

LisainAk.  my niece is only 17 and I worry that she is too young to understand what she is doing.  I really hesitate asking my sis.  ( her mom)    It would be cool though since she is the spitting image of me.  By the way she lives in anchorage too.

Daisy - I hope you join Darby and heathermac this month with a positive.

Fortyfour,

I am sorry for the negative.  I keep praying and hoping for you.  It is so damn disappointing every month.  Do they tell your present egg donor that things didn't work?  If I was her I would want to know, especially if she is young.  I read your post on Dr. Smith and what he said about it.  I hope it can work with your niece or your sister.  Keeping you in my thoughts and please be good to yourself

I told my egg donor about the first pregnancy and m/c but not about this try and no  pregnancy.    I will probably see her at work at some time in the next year and will let her know.    We both work contract for a hospital.    I know she wanted to donate to me again and dont feel like telling her no at this time.  I dont want her to feel bad.    She was really proud of what she thought her egg quality was.    She does have a beautiful young son.

I was looking at donor sites last night and really have the urge to pick one that looks more like me.    I am worried about my adopted daughter though.  She is dark brunette with  porcelien skin (Sp?) and 6'1.    I am dark blonde 5'2" with ruddy skin and freckles.    My first donor looked more like my daughter.    Do  you think kids really care?

Take care everyone.

Babybound whats going on?    Baby dust in your pocket?

Morning 44, Kids don't care what their parents look like aslong as they are loved that's all they need. I know that we want to have our children look like their parents but even though my old man is not my daughter's father she has picked up his mannerisms and alot of people think she is his by birth. We don't bother to correct them, we are family no matter who donated the biology.
