On day 10 after embyo transfer I had some beige discharge I got a bit upset thinking my period was coming so I did a hpt(it was exactly 14 since hcg injection)and I got a faint possitive and the next morning I got the same,is it too early to know or could this be a good sign

There is really no way to know this early.There are false positives too soon after an hCG injection, and there are biochemical pregnancies, which do not produce children.  Please wait unti 2 weeks after retrieval, and get a quantitative test done.  If it is positive, you want to see the hormone level at least double in 24 hours.
