Hi agaim, sorry if this sounds really stupid but i was wondering, how do i examine my cervix position? And what does the position indicate? Am very new to this so not really sure how to do it! Thanks!
You can go to www.fertilityfriend.com and download their fertility handbook for free and it will tell you exactly how to feel, what to expect to touch and what position it should be in. I am however one who will leave that to the doctor, but I will tell you make sure your hands are extremely clean or use gloves. You don't want anything up there that shouldn't be.
