Following a hysteroscopy & lap, my doctor told me that my uterus's tubal openings were enlarged, possibly due to an infection. What does this mean in terms of my being able to get pregnant and carry a pregnancy to term? Thank you for your time.

I am not familiar with the description of an enlarged tubal opening. It may be that the opening of your tubes into your uterus were plugged, and he passed a fiber into the tubes, through the hysteroscope to open them. That might be described as enlarging the tuba openings. Good luck.
