Endrometrial biopsy

Hi Dr. Jacobs
I am trying to determine what tests can be ordered to determine why my last cycle failed.  I have small intramural fibroids, less than 2 cms and located in such a position that is far away from the endrometrial lining.
Corrected sperm chromatin issues fixed and also, heparin for elevated anticardio lipins.

Will an endrometrial biopsy aid in discovering if there is a implantation disorder in the lining of the uterus?

Does the prometrium vaginal tablets and the pio shots overcome identify anydeficiencies in the endrometrial lining?

thanks

On our web page, <www.texasfertility.com>, I have provided a discussion about an adhesion molecule (an integrin), which is apparently important for embryo implantation.  Please remember, it may not be an endometrial problem.
Good luck.
