E2 levels @ day 7 of stims

Hello DR, I had a question about the E2 levels. My E2 level are 2400 @ day 7 of stims and I have around 24/26 follicles. I am concerned about the E2 level rising high and having bad egg quality! But, my RE finds my E2 level perfect. I am supposed to trigger on satureday.

Last IVF I had my E2 levels at 3200@trigger day and I had bad egg quality. Had 20 follicles last time and only 5 good quality eggs out of 10 retrived.

I was wondering if anybody had such E2 level and had good egg quality.

Thanks.
Nina

The issue we see is dysynchronos maturation of egg nucleus and cytoplasm if estradiol levels rise too fast.  With levels over 3000 pg/ml, you are also at greater risk for a hyperstimulation syndrome.
Good luck.
