E2 and follicles...don't understand

My Gonal-F was increased this cycle and I have fewer mature follicles.    My right side has 2 at 15mm, left has one at 19mm however I also had a cyst on the left side cd2 that was 17.5mm and am wondering if the "follicle" is actually that same cyst.  My E2 is only 146 and I want to cry.  What is happening???  Why is it so low?!

ETA: I've never had a follicle at this point in my cycle as larger than 15mm or so...if the one on the left is a cyst will it grow along with the real follicles or would it stay the same?  I realized that if the one on the left is not a true follicle and my E2 doubles about every 48 hours, that would put me at almost 300 for each follicle by cd14...right in range.

BondletMom-  The cyst can grow with increased stimulation of the gonal-f.  I just had my IVF cycle cancelled due to a cyst.  Mine was much larger than yours and they said we could not continue.  If it was under 20mm they would have continued, but it can still interfere with results.  You may have less follies this time around because of the existing cyst you had prior to the start of stims.  Try to stay positive and remember it only takes one good egg and one strong sperm to get pg!
