Can anyone tell me what happens to the embryos not implanted if you don't choose for them to be frozen?

Hi Ruth. The doctors' office should give you a  consent form to sign. You can either decide to freeze your embryos for a later use, donate them to a couple who needs it, or donate them to science.
Hope this helps.
