Day 5 versus day 3 transfer

Hello Dr. Smith,
I am a new reader of this forum. I need your expert advice, please.
(I am 35 yo and my husband is 34 yo with no other medical problems than my f. tubes plugged - and both removed in Feb. 2008).
On May 8th I had 6 fol. extracted and all 6 had eggs. On May 9th all 6 eggs were fertilized (no ICSI).

Is there a way to know if after 72 hours (day 3) an embryo may be stronger than another?
Could this be a sign that those embryos will develop into a blastocyst?

I really appreciate your help and thank you for your time.
