Meg, I am so sorry.
I also got bad news-my beta did not double (as I had a horrible suspicion). It only went from 172 to 205. I would rather have received a negative from the beginning...

I am so sorry to hear about your results today. It makes me very sad. My thoughts are with you.
I feel guilty and sad sharing my news. This whole process is so not fair!

Daniella, Lindsay & Morgan -
I am so sorry for you all. The idea of women who are in the position to want and give a baby a wonderful life are going through this - I just dont understand why? I am sure it will happen for all of you. However, this was my last try - we did egg donar and did not have any to freeze. I think I am going to look into adoption. I hope that process is not as painful.

Funny story -
I stopped by Jewel on my way home from work. I wanted to pick up a bib that I saw there for my hubby. It says "daddy's little star". I was only buying the one bib...although now I am regretting not buying ice cream! Anyways, the check out clerk said..."I hope this isn't for you". I asked why and he said "you are much to young to be having kids". I'm 28 and do look young but I thought if only you knew everything we've gone through for this pregnancy! It was a very strange interaction.

Meg and Lindsay - so sorry to hear the painful news. I will be praying for a positive end to your journey one way or another. Take to to heal and know that God has a plan for each and everyone of us.
Daniella - that is a BFP!!!!! Sounds to me that you may have double the news. That is a very high starting HCG. My bet is at least twins!!!!! Congratulations.
