I am clueless about this but...at my U/S I have 2 cysts on my left ovary (probably due from IVF drugs)... one is 3 cm and the other is 5cm... I was diagnosed with PCOS about 7 years ago.  I have had problems with ovarian cysts since I was in my early 20s.    I have had a couple removed as they really started to affect my cycles plus they hurt.  It never occurred to me that they were symptoms of one thing.  My OBGYN asked me if I had any of the other symptoms associated with PCOS, and I did.  I have struggled with acne flare ups, insulin resistance and excessive hair growth.  I decided to try and correct things on my own, alternatively. I stumbled across: http://pcos.insulitelabs.com/Insulite-PCOS-System.php and gave this system a try. I was able to correct alot of my symptoms within a month. I have more energy and feel great.
