I am getting ready to start my first IVF cycle. I had my iron level tested 2 weeks ago and it was slightly low - 31. I was told to take iron and have a follow up blood test next week (3 weeks later) and wondered if they would cancel a cycle if it wasn't it didn't come up to normal range. What are your thoughts?

Teh answer to your question depends on your blood count, and the decisions of your RE and the anesthesiologist.
Good luck.
