Clotting after ET

I am trying to find some answers since my RE doesn't seem to have any.  I am on my 3rd IVF cycle.  We transferred 2 5 day blasts yesterday afternoon.  Last night around 1am I woke up having to use the restroom and when I went, I felt a blood clot, the size of a nickle, come out, with a lot of bright red blood.  I went back to bed.  This morning around 8:30 it happened again, only 2 clots this time, and they were larger.  I did not have any cramping and have did not have any bleeding before or since.

I am worried my lining just shed but no one seems to know what happened.  Any thoughts on this situation?

I cannot tell you the source of the blood clots.  A physical exam may shed some light on the issue.
Good luck.
