Blood Test after FET

Hi
I am going for an FET on Tuesday.
It's with a new Dr. and they are doing a blood test the day after the transfer. The other 3 FET cycles that I have done, I did not have a blood test the day after. Do you know what the blood test will show and why the day after?

I do not know what blood test is being performed. I test progesterone levels between embryo transfer and pregnancy test.
