Hi 44.. thank you SO much for thinking of me... that is so sweet of you.. but alas.. no good news.
I was supposed to have my blood test on Sunday.. and my fears were confirmed when I got my period on Saturday morning!!!!!!
So.. back in the saddle.. was back at the clinic early Monday morning on my Day 3... the good news is that everything looks great (great.. now why can't I have a baby!!).. so have been taking my daily injections.. I go back for a follicle monitor on Sunday.. with the hopes of an IUI next week.. probably Wednesday and Thursday.
I was pretty upset... I think I must have cried all weekend.. I know it was only my first try.. and many of you have been through so much more.. so I just hope we all receive welcome news in the next few months.

37 yrs. old, DH is 39 -- TTC for a year and a half.. One blocked tube. Completed two IUI's (both on 1050 iu's of Gonal-F). BFP Sept. 28. Annabel born on June 7th - 1 day after my official due date!!
I am hanging in there. My heart hurts less this week and I think life may just be ok. We are aiming for a FET in January. If doc doesnt do comfortable with that we will do another donor cycle.

Sorry about the failed IUI. I go a week from today for my pregnancy test; it was my first, too. If I am not pregnant (which I doubt since they said IUI would not work for me!) I will start an IVF cycle. I wish by the grace of God this would just work. But I don't feel preggers, and if anything, I can feel the usual signs of my period on its way.
