I am having assisted hatching done and my RE has not prescribed steroids but I have read that steroids are prescribed for AH. My question is are they NECESSARY? Help!
Transfer is tomorrow and I am scared and the office is closed!

I prescribe steroids for my patients after egg retrieval to minimize any inflamatory response in the uterine cavity after passing a needl through the vagina into the pelvic cavity.  Inflamation reduces implantation.
