So my husband and I met the most amazing Dr. at UCSF. (University of California San Francisco). He has a tecnique that he can pull sperm out of a male with a procedure called sperm mapping. With this his success rate is 90%! He has been successful with men that are totally infertile. He finds the sperm in areas of the testies that you could never think of! Just google him and read his research. He's amazing and known internationally. Dr. Paul Turek.... UCSF Let me know what youthink.
