Adding Menopur

Dear MDs,

I am 36 and so far have responded favourably to the drugs I was given (Follistim).
My dose was 250 IU for 12 days and produced a reasonable number of oocites.

This cycle I’d like to add Menopur but my clinic has never used it. I read a study which recommends including Menopur for women over 35 (from day 6 of stimulation).

Could you please advice me what dose of Follisting and Menopur together is equivalent to 250 Follistim?

What is the standard ratio and in case the dose needs to be lowered, which one is taken out of the equation.?

Thank you ever so much!

Yours,
Teoroy
