I had mt ET on Thursady at around 9:30 am and now it is Sat. 6:22 pm and all that I have thought about is embryos. I am also nervous that I have not done enough bed rest. The 1st 24 hrs. I was strict bed rest only got up to go to the bathroom . 2nd 24 hours still bed rest but st up maybe a total of 2.5 hours spread threw out the day. Then today I have been sitting and laying down. with veyr little walking. Does that sound like enough rest??
You should be fine. Most doctors only suggest 24hrs., but truly the embryos can start implantation anywhere from day 1- day 6. The bedrest is really to give them time to settle in your uterine comfortably. My transfer was on 12/01 and I should have my results on Wednesday...:0)
This is my first time on any chat website. I had my transfer on Friday and have been overly thinking about the result. The waiting is awful. This is our third fresh cycle and have such hope. Good luck to you.
Remember to stay positive. You have to think baby, baby, baby... Don't let the past cloud your mind. I will certainly keep you in prayer. I know the waiting can be stressful. I advise you feel your days with things that make you laugh (movies, friends, family, etc.). I've been so busy planning a Christmas party for my church and home, I haven't had much time to ponder the what ifs.
Another note, have you tried the assisted hatching and the blast? My doctor suggested these to increase our chances for a successful implantation.
