1st IUI round - needing support

We had our firtst IUI done almost two weeks ago (two weeks on this Saturday coming up). I couldn't take the waiting game anymore so I took a test this morning and it was neg. I don't know if I tested too early? It is just hard to keep waiting when my hormones have been all over the place this month with the clomid and hcg shot. My breasts (especially my nipples) have really hurt, although they seem to have been better yesterday. Anyway, I just was wondering if any one else has gone through IUI and what your experience was like after the procedure was done? If it failed, did they change your meds for the next round? Did your side effects get worse?

I had my first IUIs on 1/27 and 1/28, so I'm in the 2ww now.  I know how hard it is to wait!  I have been told not to do any tests before 12 dpo and that even then it could be too early.  I go in for an official test on Sunday.  Wishing you luck!

I start clomid next month and then we are doing the IUI. Not sure about a date, I'm supposed to get af this week. I think if the 2st dose of clomid doesn't work, they will increase it. That's what my Dr. said.
