Hello,
I am very new to these kinds of boards, and of course I am nervous... Let me tell you what is happening with me. I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 24. My husband and I ttc for about a year with fertility medicine and it worked, however, at 11 weeks I miscarried with no fetus just a sac, it ended with a DandC. That was about 1 year 1/2 ago and we found out that we were pregnant in the beginning of april. I was so happy, but it soon was ripped away. I am in the process of another m/c (same as before..no fetus with only a sac) and DandC is scheduled for tomorrow. I am very scared to know that I may get pregnant again, but not be able to keep it. I feel alot better with this one, not to say it still isn't hard, but I just want to get back to trying. I don't know. I guess god has a plan for all of us. Thank you for listening. I greatly appreciated. Good Luck to all of you and God Bless!! mybaby

Mybaby,

I am so sorry for both miscarriages. I can't even imagine what you are going through. I'm glad to hear you are feeling better this time around, although I'm sure that's not much better. Has your doctor given any explanation as to why he thinks this has happened two times now?

I also have PCOS. I've been ttc for about 1-1/2 yr with timed intercourse, and only 1 cycle so far on Clomid. No pregnancies yet.

Are you currently on fertility drugs, or treatment for the PCOS?

Best of luck to you for a new pregnancy that is normal & healthy. Welcome to the boards. Come here to vent anytime, it's a great group of women here.

My baby,
I am so sorry. I could just sit and cry for you. I can't even imagine the heartbreak of miscarrage. Just cry all you need to......it's part of the healing process. Come here and lean on all of us girls all you need to. All of our stories are a little different, but we are all in the same boat when it comes to the heartbreak of not being able to have a baby.

This is a great site to vent. The girls on here are amazingly supportive. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have these ladies to talk to. Take as much time for yourself as you need to. I hope you are feeling better soon.

Thank you very much for your support. It is hard, but you know as time is going on things do get better. The one thing that does keep me going is my husband, who has taken care of me both times and has been so supportive and can't wait to try again. He always says that is the fun part. So I guess we will see.

triggerpounce418: No, the doctor has not found anything out, but he is an aggressive doctor and is going to do a complete blood work up as soon as my numbers are done and stable. He is one of the best doctors in the country, so I am very positive with any outcome because of him. I have been on clomid and I take the highest dosage, 250 mg. The first time I got pregnant it took on the 2nd cycle. This time it took on the 3rd. So I know that the pills do work, it is just whatever happens after that. I am sure it will work for you soon. I never thought it would work this time, but things happen when you least expect them to. So keep your head up and keep trying. It will work someday. I will definitely pray for you.

I will pray for all of you ladies and I am very glad I know I have somebody else to talk to who knows what I am going through. Well I need to go and get some sleep for the second DandC. I will probably be off for a day, but definitely be back and ready to go soon. Thanks alot for all of your comforting words. It means the world to me.
