Lyly, we plan on keeping all embies untill I have my baby, and than-we haven't decide yet.If everything ok-I'm not planing on having more kids.I would donate them gladly(I have no problem with this if it can make some couple happy),but I don't think I'm a good candidate for this-I'm 37(I thhink they don't want anybody older than 35) and my husbands sperm wasnot good at all-thats why we did ICSI. All embies made it to blasts, but who knows what happens after throwing?
Did they put you on antibiotics for you cyst?

Marina- They did not put me on any anitibiotics since there is no risk of infection with the cyst. The cyst was probably from the initial stimulation affect of the lupron. The cyst is hormone dependent so they put me on birth control pills to control my hormones. He recently took me off the pills because I was having so much spotting and he wanted to give my body a break. I was on the pills for 4 weeks and lupron for 2 weeks then right back on the pills.

As far as the donation of embryos, I know there are limitations on egg donation as far as age, but do not know if it is the same. I am not aware of the criteria. Our RE aske what we wanted to do with the extra embryos (if any) when we decide we are no longer in need. Dh said to donate them to an infertile couple and he never mentioned that this would be a problem. So who knows. I am 33 but my dh's sperm was terrible too (which is the reason we are also doing ICSI). Did you do assisted hatching as well?

Julie- I hope all is well. My thoughts are with you!

Julie- That is great news!!!!!!! I am so happy for you. Now just take it easy and relax. How are you feeling?

Marina- I have no idea when I will be able to start again. As soon as this cyst goes away, but who knows when that will be. I am hoping this thing is gone by the time I go for my u/s on the 26th. The quicker it goes away the sooner we can get started again!

Lyly - I am feeling good - no morning sickness, nothing... but I never had it with my daughter until 6 and a half week. Craved chinese food dumplings last night..

BRianeandJena -

Thanks so much. It took me a good hour to stop crying yesterday when I heard the news. I feel like this is unreal and can't believe it is happening to me.

Marina- It is pretty funny about us all having the same day for an u/s. I know some other people who are also going for one that day. Even though I am not prego hopefully we will all get good news that day. I am praying for no cyst and strong little babies for all of you mommies to be!

Julie- How many weeks will you be when you go for the u/s? It is probably too early for you to see a heartbeat by then, but I am praying everything looks good!

Jena- How are you doing? What is going on with you? Did you start a new clomid cycle yet? Hope all is well.

Jules614 - December 20

Lyly = I will be 6 weeks but i have a feeling I will really be 5 weeks since my numbers took so long to rise - i think I implemented late.

Hi girls,
we had a very scary night yesterday-suddenly I started bleeding.Called my RE right away,he was't very concerned, told us that this is happening in 50% early pregnancies, but he'd see me in the morning...you can imagine my night...Went for u/s-baby is fine(we saw a heartbeat,it was so exiting,my dh almost cried). So,what it is- slight placenta separation. He put me on a bedrest until spotting stops. How scary...

Marina -

How far along are you? My sister in law's mom had the same thing happen - she carried tiwns and of course both survived but she was on bed rest the first trimester.

Marina- I am so sorry to hear about your scare, but am glad things are ok. Was it heavy bleeding or just spotting? Either one is scary when it happens, but when it is heavy, it is hard not to think the worst. My dh's cousin had that with the last pregnancy and she bled off and on for a long time, but they have a beautiful baby girl now :) Make sure you take it easy even after the bleeding stops and no lifting! It is so scary when things like that happen, but all we can do is wait it out and pray for the best. My thoughts are with you.
