if you're feeling sad over the holidays

I just listened to an infertility radio show that was on a topic that I have been obsessing over lately. It really helped me. the show was on surviving the holidays without a child. The show is called Creating a Family and you can listen to it at their website or as a podcast on your player. I had never heard of the guest before, but she was a psychologist and she was GREAT. She was practical and that's what I need. It was good to hear all the questions from other people in my boat (childless). I felt less alone. I still feel sad, but better--much better. If you are feeling like me this holiday, then I recommend this show. I love all their shows, but this one really hit me when I needed it. I listen at the radio page of their website. I can't leave a website, but you can find it because it is the name of the show. I hope it helps you too.

Thanks for the info. I think I will listen. Any constructive advice would be good about now. This is the worst around the holidays, when all of your extended family is wondering why you don't have children yet!
