I am constantly dumbfounded by the insensitivity of other women. A friend of mine was very excited with me when I was in the hopeful stage before my first IUI. The next time I saw her, it had failed and I just found out that my eggs weren't responding to meds for the second. After I vented for about a minute, she got the bored look. Then I made a comment about how bitter I have felt latley about my situation. She had the nerve >:( to tell me "You really need to get over that bitter thing, all it's gonna do is make you lose your friends" !!!!
(p.s. - she has a healthy, beautiful 18 mth old) So as long as thing are going good, I can count on people for support. But as soon as I show any signs of despair, I'm on my own! Needless to say that night ended in emotional meltdown for me. I'm afraid by the time I get pregnant I'm not going to want to share the joy with anyone! Thanks for listining --- wait, one more thing. If one more person tells me all I need to do is stop trying and relax I think I'm going to explode!!!!!!!!!! :o

WOW -- only a non friend would say that. Geez, I bet she doesnt mind you oohing or ahing over her baby when you heart is breaking. I guess she would rather have you with fake feelings than showing your true self. Sorry you are having a bad time. Take care
