No problem with the rambeling. That is so sad about your friend. Do you think you will be able to get a hold of him before he leaves for Iraq?

Liz,

I have found out where he is but not how to contact him. However, thanks to the internet I have found a couple of family members I am trying to reach. Keep praying we find him. :'(

On to happier news. Is DH just thrilled? Did he go with you to the dr or did you suprise him? Now, I can't remember do you have other children? Give me all the details. I am just soooooooo excited for you. This one will stick, you are going to have a very healty baby this time, I know it. Write when you have moment. :)

Thanks again for listening and showing your concern.
All my best - Kelli

Liz,

Just received word that Lorne was sent to Iraq yestarday. He is getting things ready. As a captain of Engineering they sent him on. Who knows if we will get a contact for him now. Remember to pray!

I am sorry about Lorne. I will keep him in my prayers. You should be able to write him once he gets settled. Are you in contact with any family members? I am sure they will be able to get word to him or get you an address for him.

Yes, dh is very thrilled, but also nervous. I have had 3 m/c and we know to be cautious! It is nerve wracking for both of us right now. It is such a time to be happy and excited and believe me I am but also very nervous. We do not have any other children, this will be our first.

Do you have any children? Sorry I can't remember if we discussed that before.

I will talk to you soon, take care.

Liz,

I do not have any contact with Lorne's family. They are a little scattered. Have made contact with a couple of family members from his Battalion so we will see.

No, I do not have any children. This would be our first. How exciting for you. Please be very cautious. I know that when I became pregnant in May my dh wanted to put me in a bubble. No lifting, straining or even cooking. That part wasn't so bad.

We have to celebrate every moment of every pregnancy. Although your nerves are getting the best of you, hang in there. Do they have you on progest. yet? I know after my 2nd mc they put me on progest. supp. Anything being done to help prevent another m/c. I added you to our prayer list last night. So you have 40 strangers praying for this child as well. Some of them really have an in with you know who. HEHEHE

Keep me posted. I love to hear about the wonderful news. It is a bright spot for me right now. When do you go back to the dr?

Got to run, but wanted you to know that I appreciate you being here this week.

Hi Kelli-

How are you doing today? I am pretty good, I got very good results from my second round of bw. My hcg went up to 334 from 98 on Tues. So far so good.

This site is a such a wonderful place to meet people and share in this journey. I have been through a lot, many of these women have been through even more. This site has been a blessing for me. I can never thank the wonderful women I have met enough for all their love and support. What I am trying to say here is I am more then happy to be there for you anytime. We must all stick together and make it to our goals. :)

Thank you for adding me to your prayer list. I really do appreciate that. I too am praying for you and Lorne.

Take care, talk to you soon

Your levels look great! I know what you mean about the people you meet here. It is so nice to have someone to talk, vent, cry or celebrate with that does not have any other stake in you that a friend to listen. No pressures of what will family think or say. It's great to have this site.

We are getting ready for a rodeo this weekend. It is 104 degrees here today. The poor horses sweat just walking into the barn. If it is this hot when we get to Colo. we will probably pass on the event. You know we have so much money to throw away on gas. But, I will not put the horses through that kind of heat. So we will see.

I am getting excited about starting again, especially after hearing your good news. I love the feeling of being pregnant but know how shot my nerves will be also.

Any big plans for the weekend? Taking it easy I hope. Keep up the good progress. Talk with you soon.

Thanks Liz.
It is raining up there now and in the 80's. This would be excellent running weather. Here's hoping it continues. Should be great fun. Anything to do with the horses is usually fun.

Hope you have a great weekend also. BUT DON"T OVERDUE.

Talk with you soon.

Hi Megz -

I just wanted you say good luck to you on Monday. I see you are starting you Clomid which must mean you are in a new cycle. A new cycle which can often be depressing is also a new chance.

Good luck to you, lots of baby dust!
Liz

Megz -

I am sorry to hear you are having a rough time this cycle. I know how hard it can be. I have spent many monts scared, frustrated, nervous and also excited all in one. The best thing I could ever do for myself is keep my head up, keep on going forward and always kept the faith that someday it will happen.

I hope you are feeling better. Good luck
Liz

Megz,
So very sorry to hear that this cycle has got you down. Fertility takes alot of fun out of the picture. Try to stay positive. Several of my friends are going through this along with myself, try not to take yourself so serious. Just try and relax. We are all wishing you the greatest success this cycle and are hear to listen. Liz is the greatest at this!

Liz,
How did the weekend go? Still taking it easy I hope? Great news, we heard from Lorne today. He is back state-side and safe. He will be shipped out in a month for another 18 months, but we are in contact now. That takes a lot of pressure off.

On the baby note, I know this sounds a little strange, but if I did not know better things seems different this month. My breast are extremely sore and a little sick to my stomache. Do not start until later in the month. Any tenderness when you came of the medicine at any point? Love to hear from you. Still saying a little prayer for you every day.

Good luck to all those that frequent this site. You ladies are a great inspiration.

Hi Kelli -

Great news that you heard from Lorne. I bet that is a load off you mind. I am glad to hear he is doing well.

My weekend was nice, very uneventful. Taking it easy and spending much deserved times resting. How did the rodeo go?

As for breast tenderness. I have it every month however in my case it is due to increase in progesterone. On my medicated cycles I am taking progesterone supp starting a day after o and up till I would have my beta test. Each month that I did not get pg I would have tenderness up until about 2 days before af would arrive. I think that is due to the progesterone was starting to drop before af's arrival. This month my bb's stayed tender. They are swollen and tender to the touch but that is about it. The only difference is this month with the positive result obviously af didn't show and I didn't have a drop in the progesterone.

Tiredness is a huge sign for me in pg. My tiredness started about 9 dpo and continued for several days. Then it kinda leveled off and I was still tired but not dead tired. Starting yesterday I noticed I am dead tired again. Can barely keep my eyes open at work and ready for bed at 8:00. I don't know if it is raging hormones again or what.

Hope this helps,
Liz

Hey Liz,

Thanks for the info. Who knows. I think that my body just dosen't know, probably the weather.

Rodeo went great. I didn't ride just in case. Something just feels different. Wishful thinking, not wanting to go back on meds again.

DH did great. He was in the money that's all that mattered. We were so excited to come home to a new colt. She is georgous. Looks just like her daddy. He is a brown and white paint. Also, got to see some old friends from New Mexico so it was a great trip.

So has morning sickness set in yet? Being tired is a great sign. Glad to know that you are progressing nicely. We said a prayer for you last night a church. I love the fact that this forum gives me someone else to worry about besides myself.

Try and take it easy. Be sure and rest when you feel tired. Thinking about you today!

Kelli
