Jena,GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!We live in Minnesota and today the 1st big snow!I's a good sign,I'm sending your way a lots of baby snow...
I don't know in your case-IUI,I did IVF,but our doctors insist on taking 80 gr of protein a day since the day of your procedure(whey protein in natural food sectoin, mix it with milk or water, but make sure it's not less than 80gr a day).It helps to prevent OHSS.They were realy concerned with me,bcse I had 40 folies with decent size eggs, they took 25,14 fertlized. But nothing happened(I mean- hypostim.),I didn't even have cramps.
So,GOOD LUCK to you again and all the girls!
Marina

Marina the fght is not easy. I am scheduled for my c-section with my second child on 2/13/08, after 5 years of fight. In five years i have been through 2 RE's, 7 pregnancies, with 5 ending in m/c. I have unexplained infertility and unexplained m/c's. The fight is not easy however everyone here helps each other we may not hear each others voice or see each other but we are like family. We help each other through each fight. We are always on the side of the rink helping whenever and however we can. Even though we allare in a fight we work as eachothers wall to lean on we dont fold. We stay here even after we concieve and sometimes after we even have the babies we want to help others. WE know what its like to talkto your friends and they have no idea what you are talking about or what you are going through. They usually try to give you support however they dont understand us or our fight.

Well on anothernote how is veryone today??

M and baby doing pretty good on our bedrest few to little contractions 10 weeks till c-section.

Hi all,
This is my first IVF cycle. Tomorrow is my pregnancy test. I am not having the following symptomps constipation, Gas, shortness of breathing, rapid heart beat and I am feeling bloted sometimes.

Can anyone tell me if you had these symptomps before your pregnancy test came out to be positive. I am so eager to know.

And also wanted to know how many days normally people have to continue the progesterone once it came out to be positive.

This is what they recomend to prevent ovarian hypostimulation syndrom. And later with pregnancy you have to have at least 60 gr a day(unless is u can replace it with natural sorce of protein-I personaly not a big meat eater...) You can bye a bag of whey protein and mix it with your drink(not the most favorite :-\,but what can you do!)

Marina - December 17

Hi everybody!
I haven't been on this page for awhile because I guess we all moved out of here since someone put this porno videos and our moderator still didn't revove them.
Lucky,I answered your question about protein, but I didnt see it go thru,so there: they recommend at least 80 gr of protein to prevent from ovarian hypostimulation after retrival and than later at least 60 a day thru the pregnancy

Hi Sirenexyz!(what is your real name?)
Welcome and good luck on your test tomorrow, let us know.I've had this symptoms(shortness of breath was the 1st one) and got BFP.If you'll get BFP,look forward to a every evening dates with your husband and a progesteron shots (he'll be the one probably giving them to you).Usually,if everything ok,we have to do them at least untill 9 weeks.
Good luck!
