I am 7 weeks into my pregancy, with twins, one at 7w and one at 6w. Yesterday, I saw brown spotting and we rushed to the ER. Did an ultrasound. Both looked good. Healthy heartbeats. Doc has advised bed rest till the spotting subsides. I have read its pretty common. Are there others on this forum who have experience similar symptoms? Did they go away after bed rest or did they persist? Should I be worried?
